In the Americas, even if print was ready now, you probably wouldn't get a copy before Christmas. Long turn around on US POD currently.

How about a general folder for submissions as well as ones for specific issues? Content could be uploaded to that, then moved to whichever issue folder Bifford wants to add it to.
