Re: good vid - Deathtrap Live

Please be more descriptive with your posts shintokamikaze. I always advise people NOT to click on random links that don't explain what they lead to - think how you would feel if a youngling were to be watching when you clicked it and it plays porn/something horrific because the poster is a spammer. ...

AFF Discussion on RPGGeek

Hey guys. I use the RPGGeek forums a lot and I put forward AFF for the "RPG of the week" discussion thread. It's time finally came around and so it is being discussed at: https://rpggeek.com/thread/2034706/role-playing-game-week-advanced-fighting-fantasy-2 If you have a Geek log-in (any of the three...

Re: A new (non-AFF) Arion Games Kickstarter

So if you back at just PDF you get just the pdf. If you then want to buy a soft/hardback copy at a later date you would have to pay full cost for it, plus postage. This would be the retail price. If you pay the extra few pounds on the kickstarter then you get the pdf and a "at-cost" dead tree copy (...

Re: Forum Formatting Error

The current theme is designed for v3.1 and the board is now at 3.2.2.

There are work arounds but it involves some CSS editing!

I think the theme designer is working on an update.

Re: Tales of the Village - Familiars

This game was designed for the RPGGeek PbF Newbie Initiative. I thought to run it to help a family or two get their kids involved. Only one game has taken off, but its going well! :) The IC game with them involved is at: https://rpggeek.com/thread/1944813/2018-pbf-newbie-initiative-table-one-ic-vill...

Re: About to start a game

Fantastic :)

I've not had a chance to get this to the table yet, despite gifting each of my group a copy (I don't think they were that fussed by Faserip) so I'll be interested to hear your thoughts.

Tales of the Village - Familiars

My PbF game on RPGGeek has the children playing the witch/wizard and the adults playing familiars. I needed a way to create some character within the familiars and so I've been thinking on ways to do that. So here are the first two questions/choices the Familiars have: Wild or Tame? - Were you raise...

Re: The ComeBack Inn, a Blackmoor campaign on RPoL

I have two sites that I use for PbF (Play by Forum). The biggest I use is RPGGeek, but I have also run and played in games on RPoL too. I like it, but nowhere near as much as the Geek. Where RPoL does excel is the ability to have threads in your game viewable by only certain people. So you would hav...

It's worth noting that the latest version of Maelstrom is Maestrom Gothic (set in the Victorian age) and this is the first release of that game!

human(ish) forum issue solved, and introducing me as forum-aide!

Hey all, I hope everyone is well? :P Firstly - If, like me, you've been unable to access the human(ish) forum it was because of a permissions error. Graham has now made me a full admin and I've sorted the issue out. So you should all have access to that forum. Secondly - as just mentioned Graham's m...
