The set you have coming out in October, Starships, is what exactly?
Looking at RPGNow and places like that, this set could be several sets.
Is this set about small scale starships, normal scale ship's crew, what?

The starships set will be a tri-fold + top set of about 30 smaller spaceships - fighters, shuttles, small freighters, scouts etc. Think the old Elite computer game and the ships you encountered in that.....previews soon

"Old" Elite computer game is how old?
Old to me is Space Invaders and Pong; I am of that generation Graham.
I remember when an arcade did not have a single diode in it; I just realized that only makes sense if you are old enough to know what a diode was.
Back when an arcade had games of chance like a ring-'n'-bottle toss or games of skill like sharpshooting.
So Graham, you can presume safely at this point, I have no idea what the computer game Elite was.

I do get that the set is all small starships and sub-light support craft.

I also get that the folds on these will be like the fighter that was in the very first Arion free figure set.

It sounds great for the Sci-Fi player!
Sorry, not doing too much of that currently, but I did, so I can see the appeal.

Looking forward to November and December.
Hoping there will be some great Holiday gifts for me in store for those months. :D  :)

Elite: (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elite_%28video_game%29) was originally published in 1984, and it was incredibly difficult and incredibly addictive!

I will update things more at the weekend!

Talked to a video/computer game junkie friend of mine that is as old as I.
Wow, I guess Elite was a big splash - on your side of the Pond.
He had to order his copy from a shoppe in the UK.
Never was released on this side of the Pond according to him.
Guess that is how I missed it back in '84.
Then again, I did not hang out in vid-arcades much either, and I had no PC of any kind myself back then.

Hey Graham, may we please have an update on the schedule?
It has been two months since the last one.
Pulp IV before Christmas, yes?
Please?
Maybe even Burrough's Africa before mid-February?

I was wondering when Vietnam would enter the Arion stable.
Graham, you say you are doing a VC set.
Are you doing a separate North Vietnamese Army or NVA set?

Additionally, is the GI set going to be just American GIs?
The Australians and the ROKs (South Koreans forces or the forces of the Republic of Korea) were in the fight with us just as long as we were.
They and others were all part of SEATO (South-East Asia Treaty Organization) with us and therefore fought there with us.

Of course we cannot forget the ARVN (Army of the Republic of Vietnam) forces as well, right Graham?
It was their home after all.

The Vietnam war, as I see it, needs at least six sets:
ARVN
VC
NVA
American forces
SEATO Allies
Vietnamese Civilians
Shoot Graham, you could do five sets just off the Americans: USA, USAF, USMC, USN, USCG.
You would need the five different American sets if anyone is going to simulate the Tet Offensive of 1968; the five branches all fought differently on the ground during this period.
Plus, you could split the USA set into: Regulars, Airborne/Air-Mobile, Spec-OPs.
Plus for the USN or the USCG sets you would have to do a Riverine vessel.

If you cannot tell, I know this conflict fairly well; my father served two full tours in country; he was Cav.

Hey Graham, is Pulp IV still on schedule for March?
I am hoping it will be up in time for when I get paid this month; it is at the top of my shopping list!
News, please.

Hey Graham, we know you are busy, but can we have an update on the release schedule?
It has been two months since the last one.
The sets that have been released in the meantime have not matched the schedule so I am wondering where the sets mentioned are in the rotation.

Thanks Graham for your great figures.
Here's looking towards more!

Life is indeed hectic, as it is lambing time, i am applying for a new job and my wife is 6 months pregnant.....

ANyway, Napoleonics should be out in the next day or two, and then is is straight on with Pulp III. I have also updated the next few months, although there may also be other sets in addition to those.

Thank you for the update in and amid your chaos Graham.
Life just has those moments when everything comes together at a single time when everything in your life demands your single and undivided attention despite all of the others.
One does find out what one is made of in situations like those.

Thank you for the wonderful toy soldiers.
