On p. 29 of the AFF2e rulebook there is a mention of a language called "Ancient Allansian". Are there any canon references, or graphic depictions, of this language in the gamebooks? Are we to construe this as a fantasy equivalent to Classical Latin, Greek, or some other, even more antiquated tongue? Is Ancient Allansian the speech of magical lore? Of what utility would this have in-game?
Well, there is the Ancient Kingdom of Allansia, with its capital at Carsepolis... if we assume Ancient Allansian is the language of those people, it might be useful for any tomb-raiding in and around Blacksand.
...and Carsepolis culture was quite similar to Ancient Greek...
He's a real Nowhere man, sitting in his Nowhere land, making all his Nowhere plans for Nobody.

Excellent implication! I think I am going to add some ancient greek (with some twists) to caves, under city dwellings, and downed city sites I think!
