I'm happy to help out too, doing whatever. I can do a OOTP section or a background section, or whatever, really. Let me know what you want me to do. :-)

Don't do solos - they're huge and intensive. Fighting Fantazine does them and there should be a new issue of that coming out soonish.

(There was also the Fighting Fantasy Newsletter, which ran for maybe 6 issues in 2010)

I thought that the "New Monster or two" pages would be perfect for you...

Fantastic to have Andrew Wright on board, too! As long as we don't distract you from writing more Pit books. :P

Okay, I have to hit the hay - it's bedtime here in the Isles of the Dawn. Besides, my internet connection is being slower than a giant slug and I'm about to throw something at my laptop. But I'm really psyched with how this is going. Can't wait to see developments in the morning.

Night y'all.

I have just updated the pdf again, which will be it for me for today. I have a mountain of other things to do, emails to answer etc.

Anyway, a couple of years ago a fanzine was discussed and someone came forward with the offer of a FF based comic/graphic novel type thing. I have found the pages and put one in.

Hi, popping in from a link provided by Bifford. I like to do two types of supplement for setting, 100 Books to Find and 100 Rumours to Hear. Would there be any interest in such?

I think both of those sound great, and would fit into the Fanzine perfectly. Keep an eye on this forum, and once we have the final go-ahead and are organised, we can get this going!

Great to hear! Setting books are generally what I need for writing these. So far, I think I see Advanced Fighting Fantasy Deluxe (or Titan) and Travels in Arion. Are there any others?

Blacksand is also a setting book, as i suppose are Rough Guide to the Pit and the Titan Herbal. Also see Titannica (https://fightingfantasy.fandom.com/wiki ... _Titannica)

Just a sample image that I came up of a giant searching for an adventurer in a canyon. I started drawing it as a possible cover for the zine. I think that having it coloured at the end, would be more attractive than just getting it inked with thin markers and leaving it black and white.

Nice! I used one of your other ones for the "Sample" cover, but that looks excellent!

Thanks, at the time being it's just a sketch with a pencil. I'll continue working on that and hope all goes well with starting the zine!!!

I'd be tempted to have the human crouched and peering round the rock, rather than standing oblivious, but I love the overall concept.

Good point! I'll see if I can change it..
