If anyone wants to do any writing for the test issue, feel free. The more actual text we have in there, the better it will look.

What's the deadline for the test issue?

No formal deadline, but i am going to print and bind whatever i have in about a week to take to FFF3 with me. If that is a go, we can publish this as soon as everything is in there.

What kind of material are you looking for? AFF2 adventures? Ideas for adapting AFF2 to other settings from literature, etc.? New magic styles? Anything else?
What would be the ideal length of this stuff?

Shall we use these templates?

AFF2 template in docx format for MS Word and odt format for Open Office. You might need to right click on the link and pick Save Link As or whatever it is in your browser.

The templates use styles. So if you change the Normal style to a different font size the normal text changes all through the doc. Heading 1, Heading 2 and Heading 3 are used for the different sizes of headings.

I left my title page border graphic in and you're welcome to use that if you like as long as it's for AFF2 stuff. Or not.

I can do the style, so a fairly plain text is probably easiest for Sam and myself to deal with.

have a look at the sample pdf for length. Art, maps etc will reduce the amount of text available.

With that template, I can then just turn off the filler text and drop an article straight in.

The two types of articles I mentioned, 100 Rumours and 100 Books, tend to be in the range of 7-8,000 words and 4,000 words respectively. They could be split into multi-part articles across different issues, if that's too long.

Ideally the text will fit on one or two pages.

These, going by stuff already done, would be a lot longer that that for a full 100. However, 20 books or 10 rumours should fit within that range. Would there be interest in an ongoing series of such?

Okay, got something written for the Director's Corner. What's the best way to submit it?

Can you add it to the Googledrive folder lined in the main thread?

I will let Sam have a look but at this stage I will just put it into the layout and update the pdf
